Clarification as of 2 August 2024

The 10 working day period outlined in the terms and conditions is to allow time for a customer to receive their Q Mastercard credit card, to ensure that everyone has a full month (31 days), as a minimum, to spend as part of the credit back criteria. From a credit back perspective we will be providing the credit back for eligible spend during the first 45 days from account open (being, 10 working days to receive the Q Mastercard credit card and one month of spending).   3. New Q Mastercard customers approved from online applications completed using the promo code ‘WINTERSPEND’ during the Offer Period (“Eligible Customers”) may qualify to earn a Credit Back for Standard Purchases (Long Term Finance transactions excluded) as follows:
    1. Eligible Customers who spend between $2,000-$2,999 within 31 calendar days (first month) starting 10 working days after the account has been opened (allowing for the card to be received), will receive a credit back of $200
    2. Eligible Customers who spend between $3,000-$4,999 within 31 calendar days (first month) starting 10 working days after the account has been opened, will receive a credit back of $300;  or
